Theme Not Loading Properly

If your Kenso theme isn't displaying correctly, here are the fixes.

Symptoms

  • Sections not appearing
  • Blank/white page
  • "Loading" that never finishes
  • Broken layout
  • Missing features

Quick Fixes

1. Verify License is Active

Most loading issues = inactive license.

  1. Go to Theme Settings (gear icon)
  2. Check license section
  3. Ensure key is entered and saved
  4. Look for "valid" confirmation

2. Clear Browser Cache

Old cached files can cause issues:

Chrome:

  • Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  • Select "Cached images and files"
  • Clear data

Safari:

  • Safari → Preferences → Privacy
  • Manage Website Data → Remove All

3. Try Incognito/Private Mode

This rules out cache and extension issues:

  • Chrome: Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Cmd + Shift + N

4. Save Settings

Changes require saving:

  1. Make sure you clicked "Save"
  2. Look for save confirmation
  3. Refresh the page

Specific Issues

Sections Not Appearing

  1. Check if added: Look in left sidebar for the section
  2. Check if visible: Sections can be hidden
  3. Check settings: Some sections need configuration

Blank/White Page

  1. Check for JavaScript errors (right-click → Inspect → Console)
  2. Verify license is active
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Contact support with error details

"Loading" Forever

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Clear cache
  3. Disable browser extensions
  4. Try different browser

Layout Broken

  1. Clear cache
  2. Re-save theme settings
  3. Check for CSS conflicts with other apps
  4. Try preview mode
