Downloading Your Theme
After purchasing Kenso, you'll need to download the theme files to install in your Shopify store.
Where to Download
Your theme is available in the Customer Portal:
- Go to scaled.info/theme/portal
- Log in with your purchase email and password
- Click the "Download Theme" button
A ZIP file named scaled-theme-v2-production.zip will download to your computer.
Common Download Issues
"Forbidden" Error
If you see a "Forbidden" error when trying to download:
- Make sure you're logged in to the portal
- Try logging out and back in
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
Can't Find the Download Button
The download button appears on the main portal page. If you don't see it:
- Scroll down - it may be below your license information
- Make sure your license is showing (you should see your license key)
Download Keeps Failing
If the download starts but fails:
- Check your internet connection
- Disable any download managers or browser extensions
- Try right-clicking the button and selecting "Save link as..."
After Downloading
Once you have the ZIP file:
- Don't unzip it - Shopify needs the ZIP file as-is
- Go to your Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes
- Click "Add theme" → "Upload zip file"
- Select the downloaded ZIP

Re-downloading
You can download your theme as many times as you need. Just return to the portal and click the download button again.
Tip: We recommend keeping a backup copy of the ZIP file on your computer or cloud storage.
