For Technical Issues

  1. Description - What's not working?
  2. Steps to reproduce - How do we see the issue?
  3. Expected vs actual - What should happen?
  4. Browser/device - Chrome, Safari, mobile, etc.
  5. Screenshots - Visual helps a lot!

For License Issues

  1. License key - First 4 characters is enough
  2. Store domain - Your .myshopify.com URL
  3. Error message - Exact text
  4. Purchase email - To find your account

For Account Issues

  1. Purchase email - What you bought with
  2. Purchase date - Approximate is fine
  3. What you need - Password reset, access, etc.
