Finding Your Auto-Generated Shopify Domain

For Kenso activation, you need your auto-generated Shopify domain - the one with random letters and numbers. Here's how to find it.

What You're Looking For

Your auto-generated domain looks like this:

z6txxs-04.myshopify.com
veg6a-4a.myshopify.com dh3ksl-ds.myshopify.com

Key identifier: It contains random letters AND numbers mixed together.

Method 1: Settings → Domains (Best Method)

1. Go to Shopify Admin
2. Click Settings (bottom left corner)
3. Click Domains
4. Look for the domain with random letters and numbers ending in .myshopify.com

Even if you've set up a custom myshopify domain (like mystore.myshopify.com), your original auto-generated domain should still be visible here.

1. Go to Shopify Admin
2. Click Settings
3. Click Store details
4. Look for your original store identifier - it will have numbers in it

What Your Domain Should Look Like

The correct format is:

abc123-xy.myshopify.com

Where the subdomain:

• Contains both letters AND numbers (like z6txxs-04)
• May contain hyphens (-)
• Looks random/auto-generated (not readable words)
• No spaces
• No special characters

Valid examples:

• dh3ksl-ds.myshopify.com

Invalid examples (no random numbers):
