Can't Access My Account

Having trouble logging into your Kenso customer portal? Here's how to fix it.

Forgot Password

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to scaled.info/theme/login
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your purchase email
  4. Check your email for reset link
  5. Create a new password

Reset Email Not Arriving?

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Search for "Kenso" or "scaled"
  3. Wait a few minutes
  4. Try again
  5. Contact support if still nothing

Never Created a Password

If you purchased but never set up a password:

  1. Go to scaled.info/theme/login
  2. Use "Forgot Password" with your purchase email
  3. Set your password via the email link

This will create your account access.


Wrong Email

Using the Wrong Email?

Think about:

  • What email is connected to your PayPal?
  • What email did you enter during checkout?
  • Check recent orders in your email inbox

Can't Remember Purchase Email?

Contact support with:

  • Approximate purchase date
  • Payment method used
  • Name on the order
  • Any order confirmation you have

Account Shows No Licenses

If you can log in but see no licenses:

  1. Check email match: Ensure you're using the purchase email
  2. Recent purchase? Allow a few minutes for processing
  3. Payment issue? Check if payment completed

Contact support if your purchase isn't showing.


Getting Locked Out

If you're being blocked from logging in:

  1. Wait 15 minutes (rate limiting)
  2. Clear browser cookies
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Use incognito/private mode

Account Recovery

For full account recovery, contact support with:

  1. Proof of purchase:

- PayPal receipt - Credit card statement - Order confirmation email

  1. Account details:

- Email used (or best guess) - Name on order - Purchase date

  1. What you need:

- Password reset - Email change - License information
