After Your Purchase

Congratulations on purchasing Kenso! Here's what happens next and what you should receive.

Immediately After Purchase

1. Success Page

After payment, you'll be redirected to a success page where you can:

  • Create your account password
  • See your order confirmation
  • Access your customer portal

Important: Create your password on this page! It's the easiest way to set up your account.

2. Your Customer Portal

Once you create your password, you'll have access to:

  • Your license key(s)
  • Theme download
  • License activation
  • Support resources

What You Receive

Kenso Lite ($179)

  • Full Kenso theme (ZIP file)
  • 1 store license
  • Starter vendor list (10+ vendors)
  • Product image generator
  • Product list generator
  • Lifetime updates
  • Documentation access

Kenso Pro ($379)

Everything in Lite, plus:

  • 1-on-1 full store setup (we'll schedule this)
  • Unlimited store remakes if banned
  • Premium vendor list (30+ vendors)
  • Private Kenso Discord community access

Didn't Receive Anything?

Check Your Email

  1. Look for an email from Kenso or scaled.info
  2. Check your spam/junk folder
  3. Search for "Kenso" or "license"

Still Nothing?

If you can't find any email:

  1. Go to scaled.info/theme/login
  2. Enter the email you used to purchase
  3. Click "Forgot Password" to set up access

Payment Went Through But No Access

Contact support immediately:

Include your:

  • Purchase email
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Payment method used

We'll sort it out quickly!


Pro Customer: Discord Access

If you purchased Kenso Pro:

  1. You'll receive a Discord invite link via email
  2. Join using the link
  3. Verify your purchase with your email

Can't find your invite? Contact support and we'll resend it.


Pro Customer: 1-on-1 Setup

Pro customers get a full store setup session:

  1. After purchase, you'll receive an email to schedule
  2. Pick a time that works for you
  3. We'll set up your entire store together on a call
