Didn't Receive Email
Purchased Kenso but didn't receive an email? Here's what to do.
Check First
1. Check Spam/Junk Folder
Emails sometimes get filtered:
- Check your spam folder
- Search for "Kenso" or "scaled"
- Check promotions tab (Gmail)
2. Check the Right Email
Make sure you're checking the email you used to purchase:
- PayPal email
- Email entered at checkout
- Email connected to your payment method
3. Wait a Moment
Emails can take a few minutes:
- Wait 5-10 minutes
- Check again
- Don't re-purchase thinking it failed!
You Don't Need the Email!
Good news: you can access everything without the welcome email.
Access Your Theme
- Go to scaled.info/theme/login
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your purchase email
- Check for the password reset email
- Set your password
- Log into the portal
- Download your theme and get your license!
Email Never Arrives
If no emails are arriving (including password reset):
Check These
- Correct email? Verify spelling
- Domain blocking? Some company emails block external senders
- Full inbox? Make sure there's space
Try Gmail/Personal Email
If using a work/school email, those sometimes block emails. Try:
- Contact support
- Request email change to a Gmail/personal email
- Complete setup with that email
What You Would Have Received
The welcome email typically contains:
- Order confirmation
- Link to set up your password
- Getting started instructions
But you can get all of this by:
- Using "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Accessing your portal directly
- Following the Quick Start Guide
Pro Customers: Discord Access
If you purchased Pro and didn't receive the Discord invite:
- First, set up portal access (above)
- Contact support requesting Discord invite
- Include your purchase email

- Email you purchased with
- Approximate purchase date
- Payment method (PayPal, card)
- Any confirmation numbers
